Rank and File in Uniform: The First Aid Squad, the Police, The Fire Dept



Tom Spera, the serving fire chief back in 2001, gave a short speech about Garwood and how the GW FF served as back up to a fire house in Brooklyn while those firefighters were at ground zero putting out fires


The cub scouts turned out in uniform and stood with the rank and file of our first responders.
Here they salute the color guard as it passes by them.

There were about 80 residents in attendance and 60 first responders in uniform. Program started at 6pm, lasted for 1/2 hour.
